Online Hypnotherapy
I am writing this just 48 hours after my "first ever" hypnosis session, and I must admit that I approached hypnotism from a sceptical point of view; I wouldn't have been going anywhere near it without the prompting of my personal problems. I guess like most people I have had little experience other than stage hypnotism seen on TV.
Using NetMeeting to talk via the internet, (and then the telephone when NetMeeting failed), Doug took his time explaining his intentions, describing what I might experience, and I quickly felt at ease with him. From some short initial work Doug classified me as being visually orientated and only mildly suggestible, and then spent a while talking me into a very pleasant state of relaxation.
When he told me that in a moment he would ask me to open my eyes but I wouldn't be able to, I remember laying there thinking: "they'll open, they'll open".it was with a mixture of surprise and pleasure that I found they wouldn't!!
After the session I felt calm, relaxed and pleased with myself for trying and allowing myself to experience something new. I think there are still sessions ahead where my scepticism will rise again but it works and it helps!

Please note: Although highly effective for many conditions hypnotherapy is not intended as a substitute for routine or urgent medical evaluation, treatment or consultation. Individuals with URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEMS are requested to seek advice from their own physician, or from appropriate health care professionals. Hypnotherapy is as individual as the therapist and client, therefore outcomes and processes described and experiences related in client testimonials on this web site, in emails or in other communications from Online Hypnotherapy should not be considered general to all therapists and clients.
I've said for over a decade that I'm not in this for the money. So, for a limited period everyone has a chance to experience a session that is genuinely affordable for you.
Each new client can have one session for the price of YOUR hourly wage. In other words you get at least an hour of my time for the cost of one hour of your time.
